Sailor Moon Sailor Stars
Galaxia in Sailor Stars was loosely based on the anime and manga. She went after Sailor Crystals by sending the animamates down to earth deguised as dancers. After Sailor Moon defeated all of her minions she ended up flying away instead of doing anything else.
Sailor Moon Sailor Stars (Kaiteiban)
The story is similar to the Sailor Stars musical with minor changes here and there. At the end of the battle Galaxia faces Sailor Moon and her power is drained. She asks Sailor Moon why she rivived all of her friends and Sailor Moon tells her that the Silver Crystal is also for rebirth. Galaxia asks herself if that is why she lost before she collapses and fades away along with the rest of her minions.
Eien Densetsu
Galaxia was mostly based upon the anime in this musical. She originally was a good Soldier who sent away her Starseed which took the form of Chibi Chibi. The difference was that she also reived Queen Beryl and some of her minions to do her work for her. After Sailor Moon defeated Galaxia, Galaxia turned into Chaos Galaxia like she did in the anime. Sailor Moon freed her and then found out that a being called Kyaosu was Chaos the whole time. A revived good Galaxia comes back and saves everyone by sealing Chaos once again within her body.
Eien Densetsu (Kaiteiban) - The Final First Stage
Similar to it's original, the revision only included Galaxia reviving Beryl and not any of her minions. She still ended up as Chaos Galaxia and in the end sealed Chaos within her body once again.
Shin Densetsu Kourin
Galaxia revives not only Queen Beryl but the Amazon Trio as well. She was still much like the anime where she sent her Star Seed away, only this time Sailor Moon helps Chibi Chibi rejoin with Galaxia. The side effect is that Chaos is also freed. Chaos explains what the Galaxy Cauldron is. Galaxia thanks Sailor Moon and sacrfices herself into the cauldron, and the Amazon Trio follow her. Sailor Moon along with her friends fight Chaos and everyone is revived.
Starlights - Ryuusei Densetsu
Galaxia is much like her anime and manga incarnation as well as her Eien Densetsu version. She sends her Animamates down as international dancers to try and get Sailor Crystals. She also rivives Queen Beryl and her minions to aide her in her task. In the end Chibi Chibi merges with Galaxia and she becomes a being known as Sailor Chaos that Sailor Moon is forced to defeate.
Kakyuu-Ouhi Kourin - The Second Stage Final
Much like Starlights, almost everything happens the same except that the minions Galaxia revives are not the same as before, they look and act the same but have completely different names, aside from Queen Beryl. Her fate at the end is still the same however.

The main and only weapon she is ever shown with is her Golden Bracelets which can not only deliver blasts of energy, but also absorb other attacks.
