]Story
Sailor Phi was a Sailor Soldier who joined up with Galaxia. Along with Sailor Chi, the two seemed to be some of the most loyal and very high ranking. Phi would often be the one to deliver news to Galaxia or tell her when someone was arriving. Sailor Phi and Chi destroyed Lethe and Mnemosyne after they agreed to let Sailor Moon go. However, later on Phi was killed by Kakyuu. Chi got her revenge by stabbing Kakyuu in the back with her staff.
They both called themselves Star Gardeners and seemed to havest Sailor Crystals into much larger crystals in sort of a garden.

Sailor Phi has an attack called Galactica Plants Blizzard in which she can call upon the Garden Crystals to fight along with them.

The main weapon she is shown with is her Golden Bracelets which can not only deliver blasts of energy, but also absorb other attacks. She also carries around a staff which she uses in some of her attacks.

It is unknown if Phi and Chi were indeed twins or merely just looked similar. Phi is a letter of the Greek alphabet.
