Story
Sailor Mnemosyne was originally from the planet Mnemosyne, it had a twin star, planet Lethe which was guarded by Sailor Lethe. She was the guardian of the River of Memory, which was a desert river like area near Galaxia's Castle and the River of Oblivion. Her twin would pretend to be a ferryman and cross newcomers over the desert. While her twin, Lethe, could steal memories from someone, Mnemosyne could use her waters to give them back.
Their home planets were ravaged by wars and hate that went on until Galaxia came. She offered them a chance at peace if they joined up with her. Sailor Moon in their minds was the cause of all the wars, and if they destroyed her. All they wanted was to live together in peace. Sailor Mnemosyne would go anywhere Lethe went. Lethe was the one to always protect her.
She stopped Mnemosyne from killing Sailor Moon stating that she didn't want a Sailor Soldier like them to be hurt. She just wanted to live in peace with Lethe, that was all. She was the one who convinced Lethe to let them go.
Her and Lethe both died in each others arms after being attacked by Sailor Phi and Chi.
Powers
She is only shown to have the ability to grant someone back their lost memories and levitate individuals, but she has no named attack.
