Story
Tuxedo Mask was originally a good Soldier of Earth. He was also Sailor Moon's love and future husband, and ruler of Earth. He fell victim to Galaxia right in front of Usagi's eyes, though she did not remember what had happened until much later.
He was reborn under Galaxia's power in order to taunt Sailor Moon. Galaxia had him kiss her and other things in front of the moon soldier. She later tossed him into the Galaxy Cauldron where he was again destroyed.
Later when Sailor Moon sacrificed herself inside the Galaxy Cauldron, he was reborn along with the others.
Powers
Tuxedo Mask is never shown using any powers while under the influence of Galaxia.

The main weapon he is shown with is his Golden Bracelets which can not only deliver blasts of energy, but also absorb other attacks.
