Story
Sailor Lethe was originally from the Planet Lethe -- it had a twin star, planet Mnemosyne, which was guarded by Sailor Mnemosyne. She was the guardian of the River of Oblivion, which was a desert river like area outside of Galaxia's Castle. She would pretend to be a ferryman and then cross newcomers over the desert which could turn to water. She could steal their memories there and alter their sense of reality.
Their home planets were ravaged by wars and hate that went on until Galaxia came. She offered them a chance at peace if they joined up with her. Sailor Moon in their minds was the cause of all the wars, and if they destroyed her. All they wanted was to live together in peace. Sailor Lethe would do anything to have that with Mnemosyne
Sailor Lethe went as far as to kill Luna, Artemis, and Diana. She was going to use her attack and destroy Sailor Moon, but was stopped by her twin, Mnemosyne who didn't want another Sailor Soldier to be hurt.
Lethe finally agreed with her twin and was about to let Sailor Moon go free when Sailor Phi and Chi showed up and destroyed them for being traitors. They both reached out for one another and died in each others arms.
