Galaxia was born alone on a planet she considered to be "Trash." She wandered aimlessly until her powers awakened -- she was a chosen one, a Sailor Soldier. She traveled the galaxy looking for a planet worth her power. She would destroy those she deemed unworthy. She eventually learned about the Galaxy Cauldron and where stars are born. There she also met a being called Chaos.
Galaxia joined up with Chaos and started an empire known as Shadow Galactica. She gained minions as she went across the galaxy taking the Sailor Crystals of the Sailor Soldiers she found. Earth was her last target as it was said that Sailor Moon had the galaxy's most powerful Sailor Crystal. Galaxia's goal was to use Sailor Moon's power to destroy Chaos and take over the Galaxy Cauldron herself.
But her plans did not go well and she was almost destroyed by Chaos, however Sailor Moon saved her life and she learned that Sailor Moon's light was truely what she was searching for the entire time. However, her bracelets shattered and she died in the end.

Galaxia had two main attacks, Galactica Superstring and Galactica Inflation. Both seemed to be highly energy based and destructive. Other powers she showed were that of teleportation and strong destructive forces -- to a point where she could destroy a city. She also apparently had the power to blow up an entire planet.

The main and only weapon she is ever shown with is her Golden Bracelets which can not only deliver blasts of energy, but also absorb other attacks.

The only other name she ever went by was simply just Galaxia [

Galaxia is shown in her Sailor Soldier form and as regular Galaxia. She is actually shown in two different dresses at different points in the manga.
Misclanious
The Materials Collection states that when Galaxia removes her golden bracelets she becomes Chaos. This idea was seemingly abandoned in the manga.
