Sailor Teacher was originally a teacher known as Wataru Amanogawa. Sailor Iron Mouse had discovered him after reading a newspaper article. She went to his house in his guise of Chuuko Nezu, she was surprised because he was much older than the photograph that the newspaper had. She still went after his starseed, but it turned out to be a blank so he turned into a phage.
Ami who had gone to watch the comic emerged to see what was going on. Ami was attacked by the Phage, but Sailor Star Maker appeared -- she was going to use Star Gentle Uterus but Ami itnerfered. Star Maker used her attack at only half power, allowing Sailor Moon to heal the phage back to normal.
