Sailor Aluminum Seiren was a member of the Sailor Animamates who worked for Sailor Galaxia. She was originally a good Sailor Soldier who joined with Galaxia in order to live. While on Earth she partnered up with Sailor Lead Crow and the two of them worked for Galaxy TV Station. On Earth her name was Reiko Aya, a disguise she used while seeking out true Star Seeds.
Unlike her partner, Seiren was polite and rather light-hearted. She also ate a lot to help deal with her stressful job. Though sometimes she did not agree with it, Lead Crow got along well with Seiren and shared sort of a friendship on some level.
Sailor Aluminum Seiren did manage to figure out the identities of the Sailor Starlights, Sailor Moon, Sailor Venus, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, and Sailor Jupiter. She had written down the name of Sailor Moon's identity in her diary which was later discovered by Lead Crow. However, her findings seemed in vain as her previous familous went against her and Sailor Galaxia choose to remove Seiren's bracelets. Lead Crow tried to plea with her Queen over Seiren's fate but it was of no use. Lead Crow later used the information she discovered in Seiren's diary to seek out true Star Seeds herself.

Aluminum Seiren's main from is her Sailor Soldier form, her only other form is her Earth disguise where she wears a purple dress-suit, hat, a white pearl necklace, and sometimes sunglasses.
