]Story
A long time ago a war broke out called the Sailor Wars which pitted Sailor Soldier against Sailor Soldier. The source of this war was an entity called Chaos. Eventually a legendary soldier stopped Chaos and the wars ended bringing peace back to the galaxy. Little did anyone know that there would be consiquences to that soldier's actions.
Sailor Galaxia was considered one of the most powerful soldier's in the galaxy. She took it upon herself to seal the entity Chaos within her own body to stop all the destruction, but it was a grave mistake. Chaos began to corrupt and take over her body. Galaxia knew what would happen, so she sent away her Light of Hope to someplace where Chaos could not reach. The corruption of Galaxia caused her to want to take over the entire galaxy herself. She went around to planet after planet searching for True Star Seeds. Eventually she gathered a group of Sailor Soldiers who sweared an oath to her in exchange for their lives. They were known as the Sailor Animamates and were composed of Sailor Iron Mouse, Sailor Aluminum Seiren, Sailor Lead Crow, and Sailor Tin Nyanko.
They had taken over roughly 80% of the galaxy by the time Galaxia reached Earth, which was basically their last stop.
Galaxia was the one who freed Queen Nehellenia from her sleep in order to awaken the power of Sailor Saturn. Later on Galaxia jumped Mamoru while he was on a plane for America and sent out her Sailor Animamates to look for True Star Seeds under the gise of Galaxy TV producers.
In the meantime Galaxia's Light of Hope -- her star seed had reached Usagi in the form of a small girl known as Chibi Chibi.
Galaxia wished to gather all of the True Star Seeds so that she could control the planet. She stated that she would gather all of their power and become Star Galaxia.
Sailor Moon with the aide of the Light of Hope finally managed to free Galaxia from under the influnce of Chaos. Galaxia then left on a new mission, to guide all of the Star Seeds back to their rightful homes.

The main powers Galaxia utilized was using her golden bracelets to blast her enemies or take someone's star seed, and the ability to teleport from one place to another. She also showed many misclanious attacks such as a mass star seed extration of those on Earth and calling upon a great deal of destructive energy.

Galaxia's primary weapon is her Golden Bracelets which can be used to extra a person's star seed. It also has the power to allow an individual to live without their star seed, but once the bracelets come off the person dies.
She was also shown with a whip made out of energy in once instance that she used to smack around Sailor Uranus and Neptune.
Her other weapon was a sword which may have been the one originally used to seal Chaos within her body.
Alias
Galaxia doesn't really use any aliases while on Earth, though she does appear to be the President of Galaxy TV as when Chuuko Nezu recieved a call from the President it was Galaxia on the other line.
When Galaxia becomes fully possessed by Chaos her golden armor turns black
and her skin a pale color. Other aspects such as her eye color also change.
In this form she is known as Chaos Galaxia [ 
].
At one point Galaxia states that she needs all of the Star Seeds to become something known as Star Galaxia, what exactly this is we are never told.

We see Galaxia in three basic forms, Sailor Galaxia, her soldier form, "Good" Galaxia, a form we mostly see in brief images and usually just refered to as Galaxia, and Chaos Galaxia when she becomes fully possessed by Chaos.
Misclanious
Shadow Galactica was never once mentioned in the Anime, but it was however mentioned in Galaxia's image song "Golden Queen Galaxia."
