Sailor Doctor was originally a human known as Doctor Gia. He came to Japan to perform an operation on a girl who had a serious illness and unable to be treated by Japanese Doctors. Traffic problems had made him late and he was further delayed by a diguised Sailor Aluminum Seiren, who extrated his Starseed. He turned into a phage and attacked Sailor Mercury and Eternal Sailor Moon. He was healed by Eternal Sailor Moon.
Powers
He attacked with a hypodermic needle on his arm, and his glasses gave him a sort of x-ray vision.
