Sailor Chef was originally a human known as Tetsurou Yoshinogaway. He worked as a chef on a gooking show. One day whenever he finished recording an episode and was leaving the studio he was confronted by Sailor Iron Mouse who took his Starseed. It turned out to be a blank and he turned into the phage Sailor Chef.
Eternal Sailor Moon later healed him back to his normal form.
