In the TokyoPop translation of the manga yes, but they also translated some of the other names rather oddly. In the original manga her name is written as Sailor Aluminum Seiren [
- seeraa aruuminamu seireen]. Seiren is based upon
which is the Greek name for Siren. If her name was meant to be actually Siren it would have been written as
[sairen].
