Golden Bracelets
The golden bracelets are worn by Galaxia and her soldiers. The jewel in the center of one is purple, while in the other is green -- A small pun on how Galaxia's image stone is Alexandrite. The bracelets are what give Galaxia and her soldiers life. A soldier who joins up with Galaxia gives up his or her star seed, and thus receives the golden bands as a replacement for his or her soul. Keep the bracelets on, you stay alive. Take them off, you die.
In the anime when a soldier joins up with Galaxia and receives the bracelets, they become almost pure evil, their mind clouded from what they once were. The star seed might slightly resemble part of their goodness, and without it they are under Galaxia's full control. However, they can be healed, and reasoned with to a point. The bracelets serve another point than just to keep an animamate alive, they also are weapons to be used in gathering star seeds. They can form golden disks of energy which spring out from the jewels in the centers. The disks are what drive the star seed of a person out.
The manga is slightly different. Those who seemed to join willingly ( and I use that term loosely ), appear to keep their grasp of "free will." They made an oath to Galaxia, and gave up their Sailor Crystals, but still have enough freedom to make their own decisions. They are still under Galaxia's control to the point if they want to live, they will continue to serve her, but not so much as their mind is clouded like it is in the anime. They can be reasoned with and even betray their master if they so wish. They understand right and wrong and are more like their old selves.
Of course then there are the soldiers who are resurrected as minions. Ones who die fighting Galaxia and then are restored for various purposes and completely under her power. They are evil, only a "shell" of what they once were. They know nothing but serving their Queen. Love, friendship, hope, only memories held inside ones who held them dear. They cannot be reasoned with because they are no longer what they once were. They have the voice, the looks, and perhaps even some of the same habits as their old selves, but they are different, the only thing they know is serving their master.
In the manga, they also can slightly be used as weapons, though not as much. They give the wearer more power, and the original attacks of the soldier can be amplified using the bracelets so that they are even stronger than before. They are not used for gathering star seeds simply because the crystals are gathered in a different fashion than in the anime.
Phone Booth
The Phone Booth is the way the Sailor Animamates travel around in the anime. It literally appears out of no where and transports the characters to wherever they need to go.
Saffer Crystal
In the anime, Galaxia's brooch seems to sever no purpose other than for decoration. In the manga, however, it houses her Sailor Crystal. In some flash back images she is seen without it, in others though she is seen with it. Maybe it appeared with an evolution of power, similarly to how Usagi's power evolved.
Galaxia's crystal is known as the Saffer Crystal. It's debatable whether or not this crystal was Galaxia's original Sailor Crystal or one she got from Chaos.
The Saffer Crystal is known as the Crystal of destruction, which is obvious through Galaxia's powers. It is one of the most powerful sailor crystals in the galaxy, second only to the power of Sailormoon. Galaxia uses her crystal as a transformation item to change into her soldier uniform.
Black Phone
The Black Phone was Galaxia's way of communicating with Sailor Animamates while they were on Earth. The phone would appear out of no where and give them a direct link to one another.
